Refund policy

Because all products in our store are custom-made on demand through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kempworx.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free reprint or a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
